Problem:
Tubular drive overruns the limit position or stops short of the set limit position.
Remedy:
Tubular drive does not run in the right direction.

Remedy:
- Check electrical installation, remove external devices, delete limit positions and then reset limit positions.
- Repair electrical installation and re-program limit positions.
- Stops have broken off or one or several attachments are broken. Repair system; reset tubular drive, then re-program limit positions.

Tubular drive does not run in the right direction.
Remedy:
- Tubular drive is overheated. The tubular drive is operational again after a few minutes.
- Tubular drive is faulty (does not run even after standing still for a long period of time). Replace the tubular drive.
- Clear and remove the obstruction and switch in the desired direction. Check the electrical connection.

Problem:
Ventilation slots of the roller shutter do not close fully.
Remedy:
- Delete the limit positions (see Deleting limit positions) and then set the limit positions as per to lower point (see chapter Setting the limit positions); in this case, set the lower limit position first (lower point) followed by the upper limit position.

When opening, the drive stops short of the programmed limit position.
Remedy:
- Upper anti-freeze mechanism is activated.
- The roller shutter only opens to the upper stop once every 32 times.
- Deactivate the upper anti-freeze mechanism.

The tubular drive does not switch to slow travel in order to install the third limit position.
Remedy:
- The installation of the 1st and/or 2nd limit position is not yet complete. The upper stop limit position must be approached three times.

The tubular drive only travels slowly.

- Set the closed limit position (third limit position).
