Problem:
Tubular drive/receiver is not responding.
Remedy:
- Insert a new battery/batteries into the hand-held transmitter.
- Make sure the battery/batteries is/are correctly inserted in the hand-held transmitter.
- Reduce distance from receiver.
- Program transmitter.
- Check the receiver.

Problem:
The LED ring on the hand-held transmitter lights up red when the receiver for the setting mode is selected.
Remedy:
- Reduce distance from receiver.
- Check electr. connection of the receiver.
- Put the receiver into programming mode.
- Add the transmitter to the installation.

Set switching times change.
Remedy:
- Frequent 230 V AC power cuts. Fluctuations in the 50 Hz mains frequency.
Use a "TimeControl" transmitter and adjust the desired switching time there.
Problem:
The required setting cannot be changed.
Remedy:
- Make sure that the CentronicPlus transmitter is in setting mode if necessary.

Remedy:
- Program transmitter.
- Select the correct channel on the transmitter.
- Check connection.
- Check the external push-button connection.

LED ring flashes yellow or red 4 times.
Remedy:
- Insert new batteries into the transmitter.

Receiver does not react at the set time.
Remedy:
- Switch from Manual to Auto.
- If the slide switch of a Centronic transmitter is already at AUTO, it will need to be switched to MANUAL and then back to AUTO.
