Problem:
Tubular drive overruns the limit position or stops short of the set limit position.
Remedy:
Tubular drive does not run in the right direction.

Remedy:
- Check electrical installation, remove external devices, delete limit positions and then reset limit positions.
- Repair electrical installation and re-program limit positions.
- Stops have broken off or one or several attachments are broken. Repair system; reset tubular drive, then re-program limit positions.

Tubular drive does not run in the right direction.
Remedy:
- Tubular drive is overheated. The tubular drive is operational again after a few minutes.
- Tubular drive is faulty (does not run even after standing still for a long period of time). Replace the tubular drive.
- Clear and remove the obstruction and switch in the desired direction. Check the electrical connection.

Problem:

Remedy:
- Upper anti-freeze mechanism is activated.
- The roller shutter only opens to the upper stop once every 32 times.
- Deactivate the upper anti-freeze mechanism.
